Mist is likely in some places of the Terai region on Tuesday morning, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.

The Division said generally cloudy conditions are expected over the hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces. The rest of the country will see mainly fair weather.

There is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in the hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi Province.

Tonight, haze is likely at a few places in the Terai. Partly cloudy conditions are forecast in the hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, with mainly fair weather elsewhere.

The Division said Nepal is currently under the influence of westerly and local winds.
